  • Shurb: vinegar in cocktails.
  • Reductions of wine and spirits.
  • Alcoholic infusions (home method to create your products)
  • The Bitters.
  • Creation of Ice Cube and Ice ball, how to cut and work the ice.
  • Creation and decoration of your cocktails of how unique and different.
