OBJECTIVES AND PROFESSIONAL OUTPUT

The aim of this course is that each student will create his style behind the bar improving service by flair techniques at the same time, can entertain and do stunts giving an outstanding service from the rest.

  • Measures of safety behind the bar.
  • Explanation of the techniques to do stunts with bottles and other items.
  • Create a choreography.
